THIS AGREEMENT is dated as of the ________day of _______, 2007 by and between Barber Construction Services, Inc. 12276 San Jose Blvd. Ste 303, Jacksonville, FL 32223, hereinafter called the “CONTRACTOR”, and THE CITY OF PALM COAST, Florida, whose address is 2 Commerce Blvd., Palm Coast, Florida, 32164, hereinafter referred to as the “CITY”. The CONTRACTOR and the CITY, in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, agree as follows:
