THIS LEASE SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of March 14 2018 by and among SAMSON MERGER SUB, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Seller” or “Tenant”), HOMERVILLE GROCERY, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Buyer”, and collectively with Seller, the “Parties”), and TAULBEE, RUSHING, SNIPES, MARSH, & HODGIN LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Escrow Agent”).
