This Education Institution Agreement, including the documents listed below (collectively, "Agreement"), is between the Customer named below ("Institution") and Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. ("Esri"). This Agreement is effective as of the date of the last signature below when signed by both parties ("Effective Date"). This Agreement provides for the licensing and deployment of certain Products and the delivery of maintenance to be used solely for Academic and Administrative Use, subject to payment of the Annual Fee and the terms of this Agreement.
