HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENTRelease And • June 9th, 2017
For the privilege of berthing, parking or storing the boat identified hereon and property aboard, in the waters or on the premises of the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation marina, I for myself and/or my co-owners and lien holders hereby release and forever discharge the U.S. Government and MWR Marina from all liability for any damage or loss to said boat or property aboard, resulting from any movement of said boat due to military operations, pilferage, fire, collision with floating or sunken hazards, or acts of God, while in the waters, or on the premises of the Fort Belvoir Marina.
