PURPOSE. State shall provide a grant to and for the benefit of Grantee for the purpose of upgrading a minimum of twenty-five sites with potential road-related erosion within the Wing Canyon Creek watershed by hydrologically disconnecting one and one-half to one and eight-tenths (1.5-1.8) miles of roads from the stream system, and facilitate compliance with the Napa River Sediment Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL).
