In this Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Card Agreement ("Agreement") the following definitions will apply: The words "you" and "your" refer to the holder of an ATM card ("Card") issued through South State Bank. The words "we," "us," "our," and "South State" refer to South State Bank. "Fee" means any service charge, or other charge or fee charged to the Card by South State (refer to South State's Personal Account Fee Schedule, provided to you at account opening, for any fees associated with the Card). "Account" and "Designated Account(s)" refer to any personal South State Bank account linked to the ATM Card governed by this Agreement. "Business days" are Monday through Friday, not including Federal holidays.
