This First Amendment (this “Amendment”) to the First Amended and Restated Risk Accepting Entity Participation Agreement (the “RAE Agreement”) by and between Health Share of Oregon, f/k/a Tri-County Medicaid Collaborative, an Oregon nonprofit corporation (“Health Share”), and Multnomah County, referred to herein as a Risk Accepting Entity (“RAE”), is made and entered into as of July 1, 2013 (“Effective Date”).
