This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) accompanies the Edifecs software and related user documentation and other explanatory written, on-line or otherwise, materials (“Documentation”). This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Edifecs, Inc. (“Edifecs”), which states the terms and conditions under which you may Use (as defined below) the Software. “Software” means the object code of Edifecs’ computer programs (including any third party products licensed by Edifecs and embedded in or integrated with Edifecs’ computer programs), and any upgrades, modified versions, improvements, enhancements and updates to thereto, as provided by Edifecs to you hereunder. Access to the Software may be available to you in connection with a license to the Software granted by Edifecs to your employer, the company with which you are working (if not your employer), or a company with which you or your employer has a trading partner relationship (collectively, the “Licensee”), and not for your personal us
