This universal Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and any associated Service Order and/or Statement of Work (together, the “Agreement”) govern the provision of the Services by an Ocean Technologies Group company (“OTG’) and the use of the Services by the Customer. The terms of the Agreement shall apply to the exclusion of any Customer terms and conditions.
