THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and Southern Light, LLC (“Southern Light”), an Alabama corporation, shall be deemed effective as of ten business days following the date of the last signature of both Parties (“Effective Date”). This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or Southern Light or both as a “Party” or “Parties “.
