This document is Wilmington Community Clinic’s “Construction Agreement”. Wilmington Community Clinic is not bound to proceed with this Project until (i) the successful Bidder executes this form and all other required forms, (ii) Wilmington Community Clinic’s Board of Directors approves the executed form, and (iii) Wilmington Community Clinic issues a Notice to Proceed.
