This END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“EULA”) is a binding agreement between you, on behalf of the undersigned licensee and its authorized users of the Licensed Product (“Licensee”), and Aginity, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Aginity”). This EULA governs all of the terms and conditions for Licensee’s use of the Aginity Team™, including any accompanying Freeware Products and Freeware Bundles incorporated therein (collectively, the “Licensed Product”), by Licensee and its authorized employees, agents or other representatives designated (each, an “Authorized User”). Any reference to “you” or “your” shall include, as the context requires, Licensee or its Authorized User. Any reference to “we,” “us,” or “our” means Aginity.
