SERVICES AGREEMENT. This Extreme Cloud Subscription Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between You and/or the entity You represent and Extreme Networks, Inc., on behalf of itself and its affiliates, including, but not limited to, Extreme Network Ireland Ops Limited (collectively, “Extreme”) for the Subscription Services (defined below) licensed by Extreme or its licensors. By using the Subscription Services, You agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement as a condition of Your use of, and right to use, the Subscription Services. Extreme may make changes to this Agreement at any time and will provide written notice of such changes to You and give You an opportunity to accept those changes. Your continued use of the Subscription Services after such changes have been posted will signify your assent to acceptance of the revised terms.
