This Contract is between Dataworks Plus LLC having offices at 728 N Pleasantburg DR Greenville South Carolina 29607- 1623 and the City, a home-rule municipality incorporated by the State of Texas. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings given in the Solicitation.
