This COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) by and between the CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, a charter city and municipal corporation (“City”) and the COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”) is made and entered into as of April , 2020 (“Effective Date”). City and County are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
