Starcraft (hereafter referred to as Warrantor) warrants to the original purchaser (hereafter referred to as Owner) that this product shall be free of SUBSTANTIAL DEFECTS in material and workmanship, attributable to Warrantor, under normal use and service. The warranty period is for a period of one (1) year or twelve thousand (12,000) miles, whichever occurs first.
