This letter, when fully-‐executed, constitutes a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between Broken Wings, LLC (“Company”) a Maryland limited liability company and DREAMALLIANCE ENTERTAINMENT, INC., (“DAE”) a Delaware Corporation, for the services of its principal LE TONG (“Executive Producer”) with respect to the above-‐referenced motion picture owned and produced by Company. Company, DAE and Executive producer are individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. As of the date of the agreement, Company need $150,000 to complete the film to be completed no later than May 2017. The Parties agree as herein specified.
