EZlocal, Inc., their successors and assigns (hereinafter “EZlocal”), located at 377 E Butterfield Rd, Suite 300, Lombard, IL 60148 and the Applicant approved by EZlocal (“Merchant”), enter into this Merchant Agreement (“Agreement”) and agree to be bound by the contractual provisions contained herein.
