This Agreement, made and entered into as of the day of , 2015, is entered into by and between the Metropolitan County Council (the “Council”) of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (the “Metropolitan Government”), acting by and through the Executive Committee of the Council (the “Executive Committee”) and David Briley, Vice Mayor of the Metropolitan Government (the “Vice Mayor”), and Michael F. Jameson (the “Director”).
