This Linkage Data Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Command Precision, Inc. d/b/a persistent.id, a Delaware corporation (“PID”) and FourLeaf LLC (“Customer”) and is effective as of the date signed by both PID and Customer (“Effective Date”). PID and Customer are sometimes referred herein to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
