This Housing License Agreement is incorporated in and is binding as part of the 2025 - 2026 Nichols College Residence Contract. In accepting assignment to a residence hall or apartment, the student agrees to live in College housing for the remainder of the academic year, to participate in one of the designated meal plans, and to comply with the terms and conditions of residence incorporated into this License Agreement.
