This California HIV/AIDS Case Reporting System Data Use And Disclosure Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) sets forth the information privacy and security requirements that County of Marin (hereinafter “Data Recipient”) is obligated to follow with respect to all HIV/AIDS Case Reporting System data, and other personal and confidential information, (as each of these types of data and information are defined herein), disclosed to Data Recipient by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) (such Enhanced HIV/AIDS Case Reporting System [eHARS] data and other personal and confidential information are also referred to herein collectively as “Protected Data”).
