This is the Agreement (“Agreement”) between you (the member) and JOURNEY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION (“Credit Union”), a Credit Union, whose principal place of business is located at 1200 Zeeb Drive, St. Johns, MI 48879-1150 regarding your accounts with the Credit Union. By establishing an account with the Credit Union, you agree that this Agreement is a binding contract between you and the Credit Union. It includes and incorporates your Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement; Funds Availability Disclosure, and other documents relevant to your account. This Agreement also incorporates your Truth in Savings Disclosure, which has been provided to you by way of a separate document.
