This AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") is entered into by and between the Board of County Commissioners of Lucas County ("BOARD") located at One Government Center, Toledo, Ohio 43604 and ERG Environmental Services ("CONTRACTOR") whose offices are located at 13040 Merriman Road, Suite 200, Livonia, Michigan 48150, for household hazardous waste transportation, recycling and disposal services. This AGREEMENT is being entered into by the BOARD on behalf of the Lucas County Solid Waste Management District (DISTRICT).
