This End-User Terms and Conditions for Proficio’s AWS Marketplace Services (this “Agreement”) governs the terms and conditions between ProSOC, Inc. dba Proficio (“Proficio”), and the company or organization registered on a web or purchase order(the “Client”) for use of Proficio’s ProSOC Managed Detection and Response (the “Services”). Proficio and Client may be individually referenced as a “party” or collectively the “parties” in this Agreement.
