Where an employee objects to the mentioned deduction, he shall notify in writing the appropriate Vice-president of the CEP. The Union shall then inform in writing the Director of Industrial Relations, of the name, occupation and work location of the employee who objects to the deduction for the purposes of the Humanity Fund. The Union recognizes its full responsibility in that respect.
