This Agreement is binding, and failure to meet its terms will allow the City of Johnson City to take certain recourse. Late payments, NSF checks, or failure to pay the amount agreed upon will result in utility services being disconnected until the remaining amount owed, plus any late, reconnect, or NSF fees are paid in full.
