I, , understand that volunteering with the Timber Lakes Baptist Church GREENHOUSE LEADERSHIP TEAM (GLT), that youth ministry is a full time commitment and needs to be taken very seriously. I agree to commit for a minimum of one year at which point my services will be evaluated. (12 Months from agreement date) Evaluation will be a result of the TLBC Youth Pastor/Director(s), Senior Pastor & Associate Pastors reviewing my actions during the 12 month period and may include interviewing active youth and the parents of the youth, as well as the current Leaders. However, if needed, a review may be called at anytime if this agreement is not being adhered to.
