The Car Wash Kit, which can prevent car wash wastewater from entering the storm drainage system, is provided by the City of Burien to the organization and/or individual named above. The person(s) who checks out this equipment agrees to follow the set up instructions. The equipment must be returned in the condition in which it was checked out by the close of business (4:30 pm) the Tuesday immediately following the event.
