This Data Processing Annex (“DPA”), forms part of the Software License Agreement (the “Agreement”), between Veryst Engineering, LLC (“Licensor”) and the entity that has contracted with Licensor pursuant to the Agreement for access to the Offering (“Licensee”). Each of Licensor and Licensee is referred to herein individually as a “party” and, collectively, the “parties”. Terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement.
