Important information - please read carefully: this TypeA Web Applications Publisher Online Terms and Conditions (together with the attached addendums, schedules and other attachments, the “Agreement”) is a legally binding and enforceable agreement between TypeA Holdings Ltd. (Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” or “TypeA”) and you, a web applications developer (“you” or “Publisher”). TypeA and Publisher are sometimes referred to in this Agreement as a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”.
