This Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Water Supply Facilities (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District (“BCMUD”), a political subdivision of the State of Texas, and the City of Georgetown, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation (“Georgetown”) on this _ (the “Effective Date”). BCMUD and Georgetown are sometimes referred to jointly in this Agreement as the “Parties.”
