This agreement outlines COVID-19 policies and protocols which volunteers will be required to abide by. It also requires volunteers to acknowledge and accept that there may be risks of volunteering due to possible exposure to and/or infection with COVID-19 (#1-3 in Section D of this document (“Risks and Waivers”)), and waive legal rights they may have to hold Sunnybrook and related persons responsible should those risks materialize, regardless of the cause (Section D of this document, #4).
