This Agreement contains the terms and conditions for the use of ISPFCU’s Remote Deposit Capture and/or other remote deposit capture services that ISPFCU (“us,” or “we”) may provide to you (“you,” or “User”). Other agreements you have entered into with ISPFCU, including the Depository Agreement and Disclosures governing your ISPFCU account, are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement.
