You are being provided with cDNA clones of the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics, Berlin, Germany (MPIMG) and/or associated products (referred to collectively as MPIMG MATERIALS) in order to advance the public interest and to advance the objectives of the MPIMG that developed the original libraries from which these clones were derived (Originators). The Originators are the beneficiaries of, and may independently enforce, this Agreement.
