into, effective, as of November 11, 2021, between Jasper County, South Carolina (“County”), a body politic and corporate and a political subdivision of the State of South Carolina (“State”), acting through the Jasper County Council (“County Council”) as the governing body of the County, and SALT Land Holdings, LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (the “Company”) and the Southern Carolina Regional Development Alliance (the “Alliance”) (collectively, the Company and the Alliance shall be referred to herein as the “Sponsors”).
