CONTRACT FOR MUSICAL SERVICESContract for Musical Services • January 5th, 2023
PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES. (1). The Musical Act shall arrive at least one hour before the starting time to set-up and conduct sound check. The Musical Act shall perform music to suit the right mood of the event. The Musical Act shall have an unlimited collection of songs. Music shall be performed without any significant breaks and throughout the agreed upon period of time. (2). Tennfold shall provide high quality microphone and sound equipment. The Musical Act shall ensure optimum sound blend and reproduction for the venue size. (3). Tennfold shall provide a hospitality tab for The Musical Act. (4). A gift card or cards will be provided for The Musical Act, in the amount of $25.00 per musician, or determined solely by Tennfold. (5). The total amount of the hospitality tab will be determined before the services take place.
