This INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is executed as of this day of , 2019, by and between the City of Cedar Park (“Cedar Park”), the City of Georgetown (“Georgetown”), the City of Leander (“Leander”), and the City of Pflugerville (Pflugerville) each of which being a home-rule municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Texas, acting by and through their duly authorized representatives.
