This Amendment No. 1 (this “Amendment”) is made effective this 2nd day of July, 2002 by and between Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts, f/k/a New England Telephone and Telegraph Company, d/b/a Bell Atlantic - Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a New York Corporation with an office at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02110, and NOS Communications, Inc. (“NOS”), a Maryland corporation with offices at 4380 Boulder Highway, Las Vegas, Nevada 89121 (Verizon and NOS being referred to individually as a "Party" and, collectively, as the "Parties").
