Box 49, ATTN: Executive Director, Lyons, CO, 80540, and the ST. VRAIN VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT RE-1J, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado (the “School District”), whose address is 395 S. Pratt Parkway, ATTN: Chief Financial Officer, Longmont, CO 80501. LURA and the School District may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and may be collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
