This is a contract (the “Agreement”) between USA Water Ski (“USA-WS:”), a New Jersey not-for-profit corporation, the event promoter(s) or director(s) and all other persons or entities connected with the management and production of the Event as reflected in this Agreement and/or the Event sanction application and documents (who are referred to in this Agreement individually and collectively as the “Local Organizing Club.”). This Agreement is a part of the Sanction for the Event, which also includes the Local Organizing Club’s application to sanction the Event and any other agreements between USA-WS and the Local Organizing Club relating to the Event, and may include activities on different dates as set forth in the sanction application and documents.
