Non-research requests for confidential or implied confidential data must be processed according to the procedure outlined in IDPH Policy #CO 01-16-001, Data Sharing Agreement (DSA). This policy also does not apply to the review or approval of Public Records requests for public data. Public records requests must be processed according to the procedures outlined in IDPH Policy # IM 11-04-015, Public Records.
