This Settlement Agreement (“Agreement,” the terms of which are sometimes referred to as the “Settlement”) is entered into by and between Joyce Ervin (“Plaintiff” or “Ervin”), on the one hand, and AmeriMark Direct LLC (“AmeriMark”) and Dr. Leonard’s Healthcare Corp. (“Dr. Leonard’s”; together with AmeriMark, “Defendants”), on the other hand. Plaintiff and Defendants are each referred to as a “Party” and collectively as “the Parties.”
