This Software Support Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. (“NHA”) and the entity named on the signature page or Exhibit A hereof (the “Customer”) and states NHA’s support commitments for certain software referred to in Exhibit A (“Software”) that is licensed by NHA to Customer for use on ATMs or other equipment (“Equipment”) that is used by or purchased or leased by Customer from NHA, or from an NHA authorized distributor or an NHA authorized value-added reseller of NHA products.
