This Memorandum of Understanding (“2017 MOU”) agreed to by and between the above-named Company (herein the “Company”) and the Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO (hereinafter the “Union” or “CWA”) sets forth the terms of the agreement between the Company and the Union. This 2017 MOU binds the Company and the CWA to incorporate the provisions set forth herein into the collective bargaining agreement between the Company and the CWA. Provisions of this 2017 MOU will be incorporated by reference or otherwise into the collective bargaining agreement between the parties.
