Product Suite (as this term is hereinafter defined). This End-User Terms of Use & License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Robotiq (as this term is hereinafter defined). This Agreement covers the Web-Based Product Suite. By clicking on the “I read and I accept the License Agreement and the Privacy Policy” checkbox on the web applications’ registration page, or by installing, accessing, or otherwise using the Web-Based Product Suite, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You also represent that you are an authorized representative who have the authority to legally bind your company to these terms or that such authorized representative has read and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you or the authorized representative of your company do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Robotiq cannot and does not license
