This AGREEMENT is recognized as being established the day of , 2011, by and between Hannum, Wagle & Cline Engineering, Inc., of Terre Haute, Indiana (hereinafter referred to as “HWC”) and the City of West Lafayette, Indiana (hereinafter referred to as “CLIENT”), concerning the following:
