This Interlocal Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by the City of Euless (“City”), acting by and through its governing body, and the Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District (“District”), acting by and through its governing body (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the “Parties”, or individually as a “Party”). This Agreement is made in accordance with the terms of the Texas Interlocal Cooperation Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 791.
