This Vet2Pet Mobile Application Development Agreement (the "Agreement") is a binding agreement between V2P2, LLC, d/b/a Vet2Pet, a Nevada limited liability company ("Vet2Pet" or “us” or “our”), and the veterinary practice or company desiring the development of a customized mobile application for veterinary practices (hereafter, the “Customer” or “you”). This Agreement governs our development of a mobile application for you, including all related documentation, and your use and distribution of the Application. The Application is licensed, and not sold, to you.
