This agreement is entered into between the Juvenile Court of Clayton County (hereinafter referred to as the Court), Clayton County Public School System (hereinafter referred to as the School System), Clayton County Police Department (hereinafter referred to as the Police), Forest Park Police Department (hereinafter referred to as the Police), Riverdale Police Department (hereinafter referred to as the Police), Jonesboro Police Department (hereinafter referred to as the Police), the Clayton County Department of Family and Children Services (hereinafter referred to as DFCS), Robert E.
